Contemporary Replacement Dwelling
The Silchester Project involves the transformation of an existing bungalow into a striking 3,600 sq.ft. contemporary home, designed by the award-winning practice Wilson Hill Architects.
Land Options Ireland has been engaged from the outset, ensuring the scheme is both commercially viable and technically sound.

Renovation, Extension & Title Split
The Milltown Project is a complex scheme in South Dublin, delivered alongside respected developer Monarch Contracts. The scheme centres on the renovation and extension of a 1930s dwelling, together with a legal title split to unlock further development potential.
Land Options Ireland was engaged from the very outset — undertaking the initial pre-purchase due diligence and leading the financing process to ensure the acquisition and development strategy were sound.
From there, we took responsibility for coordinating and project managing the professional team, which includes Wilson Hill Architects, GJC Quantity Surveyors, Once Engineering, and David Lee Planning Consultants.

Bespoke Housing Development
Having commenced on site in early 2025, The Killiney Hill Road Project comprises the development of seven bespoke new-build houses in a spectacular location overlooking Dublin Bay and adjacent to the renowned Killiney Hill walk. The scheme is being delivered on behalf of respected developer Red Rock.
The project presents highly complex site conditions: a constrained footprint, significant retaining wall reinforcement, service diversion and demanding construction sequencing. Success requires rigorous planning, technical input, and close coordination with the site team.
